Experience level –5+ yrs. of ServiceNow Development experience

Mandatory and good to have skill set

• Mandatory – ServiceNow ITSM development experience. Hands on experience on CCPA, Service Catalog development, Portal, Reports and Dashboards
• Good to have skills – Should have worked on Service Catalog, PPM, HRSD, IRM, VR, CMDB. Hands-on experience on Performance analytics
• Should have worked on /understand PowerShell scripts, create, and maintain ATFs

**Keywords –**ServiceNow Development ITSM, HRSD, VR, CMDB etc.

**Roles and responsibility –**Design, build and test ServiceNow enhancement stories. Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development
