Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a primary focus on ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management).
- Customize applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
- Work on ITOM modules such as CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management (basic to intermediate level).
- Support CMDB data management, including CI relationships, data accuracy, and alignment with best practices.
- Configure and maintain Service Catalog items, workflows, and request fulfillment processes.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Perform debugging, testing, and performance optimization of ServiceNow applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Event Management).
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Workflows, and Service Portal.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience in integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
