Required Experience

• 8–12 years of overall IT experience, with significant hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• ServiceNow ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request & Service Catalog
• ServiceNow Development: Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Service Portal, JavaScript, Glide API & ServiceNow Scripting
• Integrations: REST API, SOAP Web Services, Integration Hub & MID Server
• CMDB: CMDB Administration, CSDM & CI Relationship Management
• Reporting & Operations: ServiceNow Reporting/Dashboards, SLA Management & ITIL Framework
• Tools & Delivery: Jira, Confluence, Agile Delivery Methodologies, UAT & Defect Management
• Production & Stakeholder Management: Production Release Support & Stakeholder Management

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM
• ITIL Foundation
• SAFe/Agile certifications

Educational Qualifications

• BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA/MSc or equivalent.
