ServiceNow Developer ITSM + FSO

Job Position: ServiceNow Developer – ITSM + FSO

Work Location: Noida / Pune / Hyderabad.

Experience: 5 to 12+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications.

• Work on ITSM modules and FSO business processes.

• Hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.

• Develop solutions using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer.

• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

• Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and deployment activities.

• Follow ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.

• Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM and FSO (Financial Services Operations).

• Good knowledge of JavaScript, Glide Record, scripting, Flow Designer/workflows.

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs.

• Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and configuration.

• Banking / Insurance / Financial Services domain experience is preferred.
