- Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on the ITOM suite.
- Lead the implementation of the Event Management module to enhance monitoring and alerting capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Integrate ServiceNow with various third-party tools and systems to streamline operations and enhance functionality.
- Conduct system testing and ensure quality assurance for all developed solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and workflows.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on ITOM, specifically in the Event Management module.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and applications.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow certification(s) (e.g., Certified Application Developer, ITOM Certification) is a plus.
- Experience with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., Incident Management, Change Management) is an advantage
