Job Description:We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in the IT Asset Management (ITAM) module to design, develop, and implement solutions within our ServiceNow environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of hardware and software asset management processes and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and configure ServiceNow ITAM module components including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
- Customize workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies related to asset lifecycle management.
- Integrate ServiceNow ITAM with third-party tools (e.g., SCCM, JAMF, Tanium).
- Implement discovery and reconciliation processes for asset data accuracy.
- Support asset onboarding, auditing, tracking, and compliance functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and optimize performance of the ITAM solution.
- Assist with upgrades and enhancements of the ServiceNow platform.
Required Skills:- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM, HAM Pro, or SAM Pro.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integration).
- Experience with Discovery, CMDB, and data normalization processes.
- Good understanding of ITIL and asset lifecycle management.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ITAM-related certifications are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with integrating data from SCCM, Snow Software, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with software compliance and license optimization.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
