About the role
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions focusing on IT Asset Management (ITAM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and integrations to enhance governance, compliance, and asset lifecycle management.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities for Hardware and Software Asset Management aligned with enterprise standards and license compliance.
- Maintain CMDB integrity through accurate configuration item relationships, data normalization, reconciliation, and lifecycle processes.
- Design and implement scalable integrations with enterprise platforms including SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Active Directory, Coupa, SailPoint, and SuccessFactors using APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Support governance and compliance initiatives by managing asset data quality, ownership, and lifecycle accuracy in CMDB and ITAM.
- Collaborate in Agile teams to deliver technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and support platform upgrades and documentation.
Required skills and experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in IT Asset Management and CMDB.
- Proficient in designing and building integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems like SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Active Directory, and others.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules related to HAM, SAM, Discovery, and CMDB aligned with CSDM and ITIL best practices.
- Skilled in scripting, API development (REST/SOAP), IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and creating dashboards and reports for asset and compliance tracking.
- Experience working in Agile environments and performing code reviews, release management, and technical documentation.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms Coupa, SailPoint, and SuccessFactors from an integration perspective.
- Exposure to governance frameworks and compliance processes related to ITAM and CMDB management.
