As a ServiceNow Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of customization, integration & automating workflows. Your work will play a critical role in our business offering, your code will deliver value to our customers faster than ever before, and your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in ensuring the success of our products.
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in platform customization, workflow automation, and third-party system integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform while ensuring seamless integration with enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and enhance applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and maintain:
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies
- UI Actions
- Script Includes
- ACLs
- Flow Designer workflows
- Design and implement custom Service Catalog items, forms, workflows, and portals.
- Build and support integrations with external systems using:
- REST APIs
- SOAP Web Services
- MID Server
- IntegrationHub
- Develop custom applications and modules using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
- Work on CMDB customization, discovery integration, and data synchronization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, platform defects, and performance concerns.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Participate in instance upgrades, patching, deployment, and release activities.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Prepare technical design documents, integration specifications, and user documentation.
Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product.Your contributions will have a significant impact on our products success, and you will be part of a team that is passionate about innovation, creativity, and excellence.

- Strong experience in ServiceNow customization and scripting.
- Expertise in:

- REST/SOAP integrations
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise tools such as:
- SAP
- Active Directory
- Azure
- Jira
- Monitoring tools
- HR systems
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and Agile methodologies.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Banking / BFSi preferred
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science / IT / Engineering
