ServiceNow Developer (HRSD/ ITSM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
• Work with Service Portal, Catalog, and scripting for custom solutions.
• Participate in development, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow applications.
• For HR profiles: Basic HRSD knowledge is required.
• For R&D profiles: ITSM, Catalog, and Integration knowledge is essential.
• For GBS profiles: ITSM expertise with some integration knowledge is sufficient.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions.
• Troubleshoot and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules as needed.
