ServiceNow Developer (HRSD)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) to join a large-scale digital transformation initiative. You will play a key role in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting employee-focused ServiceNow solutions that streamline HR services and improve employee experience.
This role focuses on building and enhancing a centralized employee platform that supports onboarding, offboarding, knowledge management, employee services, FAQs, and internal service requests.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience delivering full-cycle ServiceNow implementations, from solution design and development through deployment, maintenance, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD solutions
- Build and enhance employee self-service experiences through the Employee Center
- Develop solutions supporting employee onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle events
- Configure and support HR Agent Workspace functionalities
- Implement and maintain Employee Journey Management processes
- Develop and optimize Case Management and Knowledge Management capabilities
- Participate in end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery, including development, testing, deployment, and production support
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing technical support and enhancements
- Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and optimization activities
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and platform standards
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Experience with:
- Case and Knowledge Management
- Employee Center
- HR Agent Workspace
- Employee Journey Management / Lifecycle Events
- Employee Relations
- Experience delivering full lifecycle ServiceNow projects from design through production support
- Hands-on experience building solutions from scratch and leading implementation activities
- Basic experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) modules is acceptable
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices
- Experience with system operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong English communication skills
