We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow HAM and SAM solutions.
- Customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and catalog items.
- Configure and maintain Hardware Asset Management lifecycle processes, including procurement, inventory, deployment, transfer, and disposal.
- Implement and support Software Asset Management processes such as software discovery, license management, compliance monitoring, reclamation, and optimization.
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, and IntegrationHub.
- Configure Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Asset Management integrations.
- Create and maintain workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and automation processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform system upgrades, patching activities, and platform maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs for asset management and compliance tracking.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
- Support testing activities, deployment processes, and production releases.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Development.
- Hands-on expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM Pro).
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Experience developing REST/SOAP integrations.
- Strong understanding of software licensing models and compliance processes.
- Experience with asset lifecycle management and inventory management.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HAM.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SAM.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT Asset Management best practices.
