Job Description

  • Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
  • Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
  • Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
  • Be a productive member of the team.
Location: Bangalore or Noida (3 days a week WFO)

Requirements

  • Skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong technical expertise across ServiceNow modules, scripting, and integrations, along with a solid understanding of ITSM processes.
  • Design, develop, and customize applications within the ServiceNow platform
  • Implement and support modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM
  • Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions
  • Build and manage Service Catalog items and automate processes using Flow Designer
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs
  • Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and routine maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure optimal system performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements
  • Adhere to best practices across development, testing, and deployment
  • Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver sprint commitments
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow development and administration
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Flow Designer and Integration Hub
  • Experience in building REST and SOAP integrations
  • Solid understanding of database concepts and data modeling
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with additional modules such as ITOM, HRSD, or CSM
  • Knowledge of CMDB and ServiceNow Discovery
  • Exposure to UI Builder and Service Portal
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) are an advantage
