Role Overview

Builds ServiceNow App Engine workflows, orchestration and integrations that support the underwriting platform.

Experience Profile

6–8 years of ServiceNow development experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop on ServiceNow App Engine: workflows, Flow Designer and orchestration.

• Build and integrate REST / SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub spokes.

• Configure and customise applications; scripting (JavaScript), business rules and UI.

• Maintain CMDB hygiene and follow platform best practice.

• Collaborate with the Tech Lead and Business Analyst on requirements.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow App Engine, Flow Designer / orchestration and IntegrationHub.

• API integration and JavaScript scripting.

• Strong understanding of workflow and process automation.

Preferred / Nice-to-have

• CSA / CAD certification.

• Module specialisation (ITSM / ITOM / custom apps).
