ServiceNow Developer – Employee Center

We're looking for a ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Employee Center and Service Portal front-end development to build engaging, user-friendly employee experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow Employee Center portals.
- Build and enhance Service Portal widgets, UI components, UI Policies, and client/server-side scripts.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, security standards, and platform guidelines.
- Contribute to automation initiatives and AI-driven capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Employee Center (Mandatory).
- Expertise in Service Portal Front-End Development.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Service Portal Widgets
- UI Policies
- Client & Server Scripts
- ServiceNow Configuration & Customization
- Integrations with external applications
- Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and secure development practices.
