Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in CSM, ITSM, and HRSD modules. The role involves workflow creation, process automation, JSON/structured data handling, and working on AI-driven training data preparation.
Key Responsibilities
ServiceNow Development
- Build & enhance workflows, incidents, cases, SLAs, and request management.
- Develop configurations in CSM, ITSM, HRSD modules.
- Create JSON-based structured datasets for automation/AI workflows.
Data Handling & Processes
- Author structured datasets for AI model training.
- Perform SQL-based validation and data analysis.
- Map business processes into ServiceNow enterprise scenarios.
Integrations & Scripting
- Use JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
- Work with APIs (REST/SOAP) for integrations.
Collaboration
- Work with product managers, customers, and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies.
Required Skills
- 46 years ServiceNow experience.
- 2+ years CSM or HRSD hands-on.
- Strong knowledge of workflows, SLAs, cases, knowledge modules.
- Strong JSON authoring and SQL skills.
- Good understanding of prompt-engineering concepts.
