Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications.
• Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and catalog items.
• Build and support integration with enterprise applications.
• Implement ITOM Discovery and CMDB solutions.
• Configure Service Mapping and Event Management.
• Support GRC and ITAM implementations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in Agile delivery teams and client workshops.
