ServiceNow Developer

Position Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise across ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, and Automated Test Framework (ATF). This role will design, develop, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions while ensuring quality, reliability, and automation of testing through ATF.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge).
• Implement and customize HRSD applications including HR case management, COE setup, and Employee Center.
• Develop and maintain ITOM capabilities (Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, Service Mapping).
• Build and optimize CMDB structures, ensuring accurate data models and integrations.
• Design and execute ATF test cases for regression, functional, and integration testing.
• Automate test suites to validate ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and customizations.
• Collaborate with QA teams to integrate ATF into CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop reusable components: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer automations.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, and ATF.
• Proficiency with App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal.
• Advanced JavaScript development skills (Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs).
• Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB data modeling.
• Hands‑on experience building and executing ATF test cases and suites.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM, HRSD, ITOM.
• Experience with ATF integration into CI/CD pipelines.
