Servicenow developer

We are currently hiring for the position of Sr. ServiceNow Developer with an immediate start date or within 30 days. This is a full-time role that can be performed offshore or remotely.

**Key Skills Required:**

- HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery)

- CSM (Customer Service Management)

- ITSM (IT Service Management)

**Support Hours:**

- IST & overlapping hours with PST (up to 12:30 AM IST)

- Weekend support and extra hours as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- 6+ years of ServiceNow experience.

- Proven track record in full life cycle implementations of CSM, ITSM, and HRSD.

- Experience in supporting ServiceNow application users and managing both Production and Sandbox environments.

- Familiarity with modules including Case, HR Case, Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge.

- Skills in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Portal, and Automation.

- Proficient in creating reports and dashboards.

- Experience with inbound and outbound integrations with ServiceNow, including moving integrations from custom API calls to the integration hub.

- Involvement in ServiceNow release upgrade testing and application security administration.

- Ability to train users on ServiceNow standard practices.
