Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its reliability, performance, and scalability to support IT Service Management (ITSM) and business workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and configure custom ServiceNow applications and modules.
Work on ITSM modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, etc.
Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Customize workflows, forms, and reports to meet business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Write and maintain technical documentation, including test scripts and user guides.
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow application issues.
Follow Agile/Scrum development practices and participate in sprint planning and reviews.
