Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and administering the ServiceNow platform to meet the organization's needs. The ServiceNow Administrator will play a key role in implementing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions, supporting users, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and forms based on business requirements.
  • Administer user access, roles, permissions, and groups in ServiceNow, ensuring proper security and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify opportunities for process automation, and recommend ServiceNow enhancements.
  • Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ServiceNow users, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as application patches, upgrades, and performance tuning, to ensure optimal platform performance.
  • Document ServiceNow configurations, processes, and procedures, and provide training to end-users as needed.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases, new features, and best practices, and assess their potential impact on the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or similar role, with a minimum of X years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow.
  • In-depth understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Service Portal.
  • Strong technical skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies used in ServiceNow development.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and forms using ServiceNow Studio.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integration methods, such as REST API, SOAP web services, and MID Server.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
