Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves end-to-end participation in the development of life cycle, from understanding requirements to delivering high-quality solutions. You will collaborate with architects, business analysts, and delivery managers under the leadership of the ServiceNow Development Director. Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications using out-of-the-box functionality, JavaScript, workflows, and other development techniques
- Develop and maintain Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, and Roles
- Build and support uni- and bi-directional integrations using SOAP/REST web services and MID Servers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across ServiceNow modules
- Participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with at least one ServiceNow module: ITSM, CSM, or FSM
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, JSON, and web service protocols (SOAP & REST)
- Understanding of ServiceNow development best practices and platform capabilities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Nice To Have
- Experience with AngularJS
- Familiarity with modern ServiceNow features such as Workspace, Integration Hub, and Advanced Work Assignment
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD)
