ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in Platform Analytics and Performance Analytics to design, configure, migrate, and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and data visualizations that enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders and process owners to understand reporting needs, define business objectives, and recommend suitable ServiceNow analytics solutions.
• Platform Analytics: Design, configure, test, and deploy dashboards and data visualizations that deliver actionable business insights.
• Performance Analytics: Configure and maintain indicators, indicator sources, breakdowns, targets, and data collection jobs to support historical analysis and performance tracking.
• KPI & Metrics Management: Define meaningful KPIs, document calculation rules, and ensure consistent interpretation of metrics across business functions.
• Data Management & Quality: Leverage ServiceNow tables, relationships, and data structures to identify appropriate data sources, validate results, and resolve reporting discrepancies.
• Report & Dashboard Migration: Assess, migrate, and adapt existing reports and dashboards to Platform Analytics, ensuring functionality, data accuracy, and usability.
• Configuration & Development: Apply ServiceNow configuration and scripting skills to implement analytics requirements while following platform standards and best practices.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform functional testing, support UAT, and troubleshoot issues related to analytics configuration, data collection, dashboard performance, and access.
• User Enablement & Documentation: Conduct demonstrations and training, provide user support, and maintain documentation covering requirements, KPI definitions, data sources, configurations, and support procedures.

Key Skills & Expertise

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Platform Analytics.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics, including indicators, breakdowns, targets, and data collection jobs.
• Experience designing and configuring dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualizations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow tables, relationships, and data structures.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and scripting.
• Experience migrating legacy reports and dashboards to Platform Analytics.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
