Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in PI (Program Increment) and REI (Release Engineering & Implementation). The candidate will work on configuring, customizing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions using low-code/no-code and advanced development tools.
Responsibilities
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications for PI and REI requirements.
Implement workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
Support release engineering activities and ensure smooth deployments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and follow Agile/PI processes.
Troubleshoot issues and maintain documentation.
Requirements
812 years of overall IT experience with solid ServiceNow development expertise.
Strong hands-on experience in PI and REI.
Good knowledge of ITSM modules, CMDB, and integrations.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
