Mandatory Skills

ServiceNow CMDB:

• Hands-on experience managing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Expertise in maintaining CI class, attributes, and relationship properties for all Configuration Items (CIs).

Service Discovery & Cloud Discovery:

• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining ServiceNow Discovery and Cloud Discovery solutions.

Good-to-Have Skills

1. ATF (Automated Test Framework) Creation and Maintenance:

• Proficiency in creating and maintaining Automated Test Frameworks (ATFs).

1. CMDB Health and Certifications:

• Experience in maintaining data certifications and managing the CMDB health dashboard.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. ServiceNow Discovery & Cloud Discovery:

• Implement and maintain Discovery and Cloud Discovery processes.

1. CMDB Management:

• Optimize CI classes, attributes, and relationships.

1. CMDB Health:

• Ensure accuracy in data certifications and leverage dashboards to monitor CMDB health.

1. Integrations:

• Provide hands-on support for ServiceNow CMDB operations and integrations.

1. Alignment with Processes:

• Ensure CMDB alignment with organizational IT service management processes.

Experience Required

1. Service Discovery: 1 year (Preferred).
2. Cloud Discovery: 1 year (Preferred).
3. Total Work Experience: 6 years (Preferred).
4. ServiceNow Developer Experience: 5 years (Preferred).
5. CMDB Management: 4 years (Preferred).
