About the Role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with at least 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ITAM modules, JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.

Responsibilities

  • Strong hands-on experience with ITAM modules, preferably HAM Pro / SAM Pro.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management processes.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ITAM modules, preferably HAM Pro / SAM Pro.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.

Desirable Skills

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITAM / SAM.
  • Experience with cloud asset management (AWS, Azure).
  • Exposure to reporting tools and dashboards within ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and AI/ML capabilities within ServiceNow is a plus.
