Job Description:
Senior ServiceNow Developer and Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on experience for our growing ServiceNow practice.
The role involves end-to-end ownership of platform configuration, custom development, integrations, ITSM processes, and providing support.
Roles Responsibilities:
ServiceNow platform administration and configuration
JavaScript (client and server-side) and Glide API
Custom scoped application development in ServiceNow Studio
Flow Designer, subflows, actions, and automation
Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, spokes, MID Server)
ACL design, roles, and platform security
CMDB management and CSDM data modeling
ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, SLA)
Performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting
Instance upgrades, cloning, update sets, and release management
Automated Test Framework (ATF)
