Ensures building and implementing of new or modified features through the design coding testing and integration of solutions in line with customer and ServiceNow product requirements The ServiceNow development expertise item includes in particular but not limited to the following activities 1 Development Test 1 1 Respect the best practices standards and structure of the given solution and the environment to reach EIS with minimum impact on time and with required quality 1 2 Implement ServiceNow configuration and development based on requirements recorded as user stories and defects and planning and ensure records are properly updated 1 3 Secure all functional and or technical integration including unitary testing and code reviews and coordinate with other stakeholders All developments with medium or high complexity should be reviewed by client through the peer review process 1 4 Test validate developments in DEV INT VAL both manual and Automated Testing Framework test cases to be captured 2 Support 2 1 Support Hypercare phase during agreed duration after EIS minimum 10 business days maximum 30 business days 2 2 Assist release team during move to Prod 2 3 Contribute and support for regression testing as applicable 3 Knowledge Management
