We are seeking an experienced
ServiceNow Developer to join our team in a hybrid work environment based in either Pune or Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in ServiceNow platform development, customization, and integration, along with a collaborative mindset to work in agile-driven teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements
- Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate integrations with third-party tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical and functional requirements
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and security through continuous improvement
- Create and maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer across teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- Proficiency in modules like ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Catalog
- Experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide) and developing custom applications within ServiceNow
- Familiarity with integrations using REST, SOAP APIs
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying platform enhancements
- Good communication and collaboration skills for client-facing engagements
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certifications
- Experience working in agile teams and environments
- Exposure to performance tuning and security compliance within ServiceNow
