Job Summary:
This role is for a seasoned ServiceNow expert tasked with transforming an existing intake and review process into a modern, efficient system. The developer will leverage their platform knowledge to analyze requirements, build streamlined workflows, and enhance user interfaces. The objective is to create a scalable and maintainable solution by integrating legacy components with new functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Modernize and enhance existing intake/review workflows.
• Implement dynamic, rules-driven form logic.
• Develop and optimize external system integrations via APIs.
• Consolidate multi-team review processes into a single experience.
• Improve user experience on Service Portal and Workspace.

Must-Have Skills:

• Extensive ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with REST integrations and scoped applications.

Domain / Industry Experience:
Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Security Operations (SecOps) modules within ServiceNow is preferred, especially in large enterprise or regulated environments.
