Job Title: ServiceNow CSM Consultant (Insurance Sector)

About Us:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CSM Consultant with a strong background in the insurance sector. As a ServiceNow CSM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring ServiceNow's Customer Service Management (CSM) module to meet the business needs of our insurance clients. Your expertise in ServiceNow CSM, combined with your understanding of insurance industry processes, will enable us to deliver exceptional customer service solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ServiceNow CSM Implementation: Implement and configure ServiceNow's CSM module to meet the business requirements of insurance clients.
  • Insurance Industry Knowledge: Apply knowledge of insurance industry processes and best practices to design and implement CSM solutions that meet client needs.
  • Requirements Gathering: Gather and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders to ensure CSM solutions meet their needs.
  • Solution Design: Design and develop CSM solutions that integrate with other ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM and Field Service.
  • Configuration and Testing: Configure and test CSM solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are free of defects.
  • Deployment: Deploy CSM solutions to production environments and provide post-implementation support.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and provide training to end-users on CSM solutions.
  • Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for CSM solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Technical Skills:

  • ServiceNow CSM: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow's CSM module, including configuration, implementation, and integration with other ServiceNow modules.
  • Insurance Industry: Experience working in the insurance sector, with knowledge of insurance industry processes and best practices.
  • ServiceNow Development: Knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices, including GlideScript, Jelly, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Integration: Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems, such as CRM, ERP, and ticketing systems.

Soft Skills:

  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and deployment teams.

Certifications:

  • ServiceNow CSM certification is preferred or required.
  • ServiceNow Development Certification is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow CSM implementation and configuration, with at least 2 years of experience in the insurance sector.
  • Insurance Industry Experience: Proven experience working in the insurance sector, with knowledge of insurance industry processes and best practices.
