Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Develop and implement system administration policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
• Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats.
• Conduct regular system backups and perform recovery operations when needed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system administration or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow components including client scripts, business rules, ACL, script includes, UI pages, UI actions, workflows, and flow designer.
• Experience with integration with third-party systems like Salesforce is desirable.
• Good understanding of system administration principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
