About The Job:

Servicenow CMDB

Essential Job Functions:

• Design, maintain, and optimize the ServiceNow CMDB ecosystem.
• Ensure accurate configuration data, reliable discovery processes, and end-to-end service mapping to support IT operations, governance, and automation initiatives.
• Manage ServiceNow CMDB design, CI classes, and relationship modelling.
• Build and maintain application and infrastructure service maps.
• Manage Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, and Service Graph Connectors.
• Perform AWS, Azure, or GCP discovery and service mapping.
• Configure Identification & Reconciliation (IRE) rules.
• Drive CMDB Health improvements related to completeness, correctness, and compliance.
• Manage data quality through normalization, deduplication, and CI data governance.
• Document models, processes, and data flows clearly.
• Use ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Glide API, or Flow Designer, for automation.
• Work with ITOM modules including Event Management, Health Log Analytics, or AIOps.
• Apply ITIL processes related to CMDB and configuration management

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant hands-on experience, or 7.5 years in CMDB, Discovery Management, Cloud Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB.
• Deep understanding of Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Experience with cloud discovery across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience configuring Identification & Reconciliation rules.
• Strong skills in data quality management, normalization, deduplication, and CI data governance.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, Glide API, or Flow Designer.
• Familiarity with ITOM modules including Event Management, Health Log Analytics, or AIOps.
• Understanding of ITIL processes related to CMDB and configuration management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Location: Any NTT Data Location (Hybrid Remote, 1 Day / Week from Office).
• Shift Timing: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST (US – EST Coverage).
• Rate Card: Rs 1200–1400/hr, depending on experience.
