What we are looking for

Role: ServiceNow CMDB/Service Mapping

Experience Range: 6 to 12 Years

Location: Chennai/Hyderabad

Must Have:

• ServiceNow experience with at least 4–6 years in ITOM.
• Strong hands-on experience in Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Good knowledge of CMDB architecture, CSDM, and data modeling.
• Experience integrating ITOM with monitoring and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, MID Server, and REST/SOAP integrations
• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
• ServiceNow CSA and CIS-ITOM certification preferred.

Good to Have:

• Experience in AIOps, Machine Learning, and Predictive Intelligence.
• Knowledge of DevOps integrations (CI/CD, Git, Jenkins).
• ServiceNow Discovery Exposure.

Essential:

Minimum Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education
