ServiceNow CMDB Administrator

The ServiceNow CMDB Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role ensures the accuracy, completeness, integrity, and compliance of configuration item (CI) data across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate possesses strong ServiceNow platform expertise, CMDB data management experience, discovery knowledge, and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and service relationships.

Key Responsibilities

CMDB Administration

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB and Configuration Management process.
• Manage CI classes, relationships, identification rules, reconciliation rules, and data governance standards.
• Ensure configuration item data complies with organizational CMDB policies and standards.
• Monitor overall CMDB health, completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Support CMDB upgrades, enhancements, and platform releases.
• Configure CMDB-related applications and modules within ServiceNow.
