  • Architect seamless integrations through IntegrationHub (Spokes, Actions), REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven webhook designs that connect systems in real-time and enable intelligent workflow orchestration.
  • Engineer server-side logic using Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, and advanced JavaScript with Glide APIs to optimize performance, enforce governance, and deliver custom functionality at scale
  • Streamline service delivery by designing sophisticated catalog automation and fulfillment workflows-including dynamic approvals, intelligent routing, and multi-stage task orchestration-that accelerate time-to-value and enhance user experience

Preferred / Nice-to-have

  • Experience with ITOM automation, orchestration, or auto-remediation patterns
  • Hands-on experience with Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, or deflection strategies
  • ServiceNow CTA certifications & Mainline CSA, CAD, CIS, IntegrationHub, ITOM, or related
  • Experience with DevOps practices (source control, CI/CD, automated testing) in ServiceNow

Why PepsiCo

  • Opportunity to shape DEEx automation at global enterprise scale
  • Work on a modern ServiceNow platform with strong C4E governance and product mindset
  • Influence how employees experience technology through automation, intelligence, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborative, inclusive culture with room to grow and lead
