About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a large-scale transformation project in a global, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Business Analyst/Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on SPM modules (PPM, Demand, Project, Resource Management, Strategic Planning, EAP).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, break down complex concepts, and clarify effort and changes needed.
- Lead and facilitate workshops, prepare and deliver demos, and ensure smooth communication across distributed teams.
- Apply Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe, to drive project success.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst / Product Manager / Product Owner on ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of Strategic Portfolio Management and related modules.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (SAFe preferred).
- Experience in large transformation projects (a plus).
- Knowledge of CSDM and overall ServiceNow platform capabilities (a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
- Proven ability to work in distributed, multicultural teams with a positive and open mindset.
