Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled professional with strong understanding of BSS (Business Support Systems) domain and experience in mapping business requirements to ServiiceNow modules. The candidate should be able to bridge the gap between business teams and technical teams by translating functional expectations into system configurations and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze business objectives and functional requirements across the BSS domain.
- Map business requirements into ServiiceNow modules / system capabilities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams for solution implementation.
- Perform functional analysis, requirement documentation, and gap analysis.
- Support system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Participate in UAT, defect triaging, and production support.
- Ensure solution alignment with telecom / BSS architecture and best practices.
- Create functional documentation, workflows, and process diagrams.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of BSS domain (Customer Management, Billing, Order Management, Product Catalog, etc.).
- Experience in ServiiceNow modules mapping / implementation / support.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of SDLC/Agile methodology.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
