ServiceNow Business Analyst

Lead requirement discovery workshops, process walkthroughs, and gap analysis sessions across business functions.

Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, workflows, and integration capabilities.

Ability to conceptualize and document end-to-end business processes and data flows.

Excellent skills in business communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation.

Experience in writing detailed BRDs, FRDs, and functional design documents.

CSA Preferred.
