Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
- Write effective and clear user stories in ServiceNow JIRA , following Agile SDLC processes.
- Create process flows using Visio and define expected outcomes based on stakeholder communication.
- Work closely with developers and solution architects to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Conduct requirement validation sessions with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Contribute to process improvements and identify opportunities to enhance current implementations.
- Ensure thorough documentation, strong attention to detail, and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in Requirement Analysis .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience working in Agile environments , with tools like JIRA , Visio , etc.
