Job Profile:
- Should have 10+ years of IT experience
- Should have minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Should have performed the role of business analyst for 5+ years
- Should be client facing & have good communication
- Should be able to gather requirements, refine, propose solutions, Test & deliver to business
- Good ITSM, CMDB BA
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- ServiceNow certifications preferred.
