Job Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow ATF Test Engineer with 4+ years of experience and strong exposure to the Telecom/BSS/OSS domain. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) while ensuring the quality and reliability of ServiceNow applications and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow ATF.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for ServiceNow applications.
• Validate ServiceNow workflows, business rules, catalog items, forms, and integrations.
• Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot defects and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
• Develop and maintain reusable ATF test suites and test components.
• Support regression testing during ServiceNow upgrades, releases, and enhancements.
• Validate integrations between ServiceNow and external BSS/OSS/Telecom systems.
• Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams to understand requirements and testing scenarios.
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, execution reports, and defect documentation.

Mandatory Skills

• 4+ years of ServiceNow testing experience
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework)
• Experience in functional and regression testing of ServiceNow applications
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations
• Telecom domain experience is mandatory
• Experience with BSS/OSS systems and telecom processes
• Good understanding of defect management and QA processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
