ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the architecture, design, governance, and delivery of large-scale ServiceNow transformation programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining end-to-end platform architecture, driving solution design across multiple ServiceNow modules, and ensuring alignment with business objectives, scalability, security, and operational excellence.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, delivery teams, implementation partners, and operational support teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Own the overall ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design.
• Define scalable, secure, and maintainable architecture aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
• Lead architecture review sessions and solution workshops.
• Establish platform governance, design standards, and development principles.
• Provide technical leadership throughout implementation and deployment.

ServiceNow Platform Leadership

Drive architecture and solution design across:

• IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Field Service Management (FSM)
• Service Operations Management (SOM)
• Employee Center
• Knowledge Management
• Service Catalog
• CMDB and Service Mapping
• Reporting and Dashboards

Integration & Data Architecture

• Define integration strategy between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
• Architect REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub solutions.
• Guide data migration, validation, and governance activities.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and performance.

Governance & Delivery

• Review technical designs and implementation approaches.
• Lead architecture governance and design approval processes.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Support release planning, deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the trusted advisor for business and technical stakeholders.
• Present solution options, recommendations, and architecture roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product owners, delivery managers, enterprise architects, and leadership teams.

Required Experience

• 12+ years of IT experience with significant ServiceNow experience.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture, platform governance, and transformation programs.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams.
• Experience defining enterprise architecture, platform strategy, and solution roadmaps.
