Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with strong expertise in end-to-end ServiceNow implementation, integration, and customization. The ideal candidate should possess architect-level experience with a strong techno-functional background and have worked on enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules. This is a long-term remote opportunity supporting global customers.
Key Responsibilities
Design, architect, and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, including integrations and platform customization.
Lead solution architecture for enterprise ServiceNow deployments while ensuring scalability, security, and best practices.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership across multiple ServiceNow instances supporting global customers.
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using industry-standard integration patterns.
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet customer requirements while maintaining platform integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
Provide architectural guidance, governance, and technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, security guidelines, and enterprise architecture principles.
Support solution reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and platform upgrades.
