ServiceNow Architect

Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions. You will be responsible for leading projects, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring that our ServiceNow instance is optimized for our business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions based on best practices and customer requirements.
• Lead ServiceNow implementation projects and ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and user guides.
• Provide training and support to users on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
• Perform system configuration and customization, including workflows, forms, and reports.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for ServiceNow customizations.
• Experience with ServiceNow REST and SOAP APIs for integrations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or Certified Implementation Specialist is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
