About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ITSM, CSM, and other ServiceNow modules, along with strong integration and platform governance experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the overall ServiceNow architecture and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Lead design and implementation across modules such as ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, or others
- Provide technical leadership and best practices for ServiceNow platform development
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Oversee integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, and middleware tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Guide development teams, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to platform standards
- Manage upgrades, platform governance, and instance strategy (dev/test/prod)
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural guidance
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow
- Strong hands-on experience with ITSM and/or CSM modules (additional modules are a plus)
- Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions
- Expertise in integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, etc.)
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and workflows
- Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, security, and performance tuning
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD) preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Good to Have:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow
