Job Description
Role Purpose
The CMDB / CSDM Architect is responsible for the technical integrity, design, and governance of the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring accurate, scalable, and business‑aligned configuration data. This role drives CSDM adoption, enforces ITIL v4 best practices, and partners across infrastructure, application, and business teams to enable operational stability, impact awareness, and trusted reporting.
This is a hands‑on technical role—owning architecture decisions, complex integrations, data quality, and platform standards.
