ServiceNow Architect/Senior Developer/Developer
Location-PAN India

This role will be responsible for end-to-end solution design, technical advisory, and best practice implementations, ensuring alignment with business needs, governance frameworks, and innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in ServiceNow solutioning, a consulting mindset, and a passion for driving digital transformation using nextgen capabilities like Agentic AI, NOW Assist, Generative AI, and CSDM 4.0.
ServiceNow Solutioning & Architecture
Lead solution design, architecture, and technical strategy for ServiceNOW
Implementations across ITSM, HRSD, SPM, and SAM.
Work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements
into scalable, efficient, and future-ready ServiceNow solutions.
Ensure alignment with CSDM 4.0, ITIL, and governance best practices.
Define ServiceNow data models, integrations, and automation workflows, leveraging AI-driven capabilities.
Client Advisory & Consulting
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expertise on ServiceNow best practices,
process automation, and workflow optimization.
Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and roadmap planning for ServiceNow
adoption.
Guide clients on AI-powered automation, predictive intelligence, and NOW Assist
capabilities to maximize business value.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives within client environments.
Delivery & Implementation Leadership
Oversee the technical execution of ServiceNow projects, ensuring high-quality
delivery and adherence to best practices.
Provide technical oversight, solution validation, and risk mitigation across ServiceNow
engagements.
Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with enterprise applications, cloud
platforms, and legacy systems.
Define KPIs and success metrics for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring business
outcomes are met.
Governance, Compliance & Best Practices
Establish and enforce governance frameworks, security standards, and compliance
models for ServiceNow solutions.
Ensure CMDB integrity, data consistency, and process standardization across
ServiceNow modules.
Drive adherence to CSDM 4.0, ITIL standards, and platform governance best
practices.
Define performance monitoring, incident management, and SLA reporting for
ServiceNow operations.
Technical Leadership & COE Development
Act as a thought leader within the ServiceNow COE, driving capability development
and knowledge sharing.
Mentor ServiceNow developers, architects, and consultants, ensuring technical
upskilling and best-practice adoption.
Support ServiceNow practice growth by developing reusable assets, frameworks, and
accelerators.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI-driven automation, Virtual Agents, and
Generative AI within ServiceNow.
Your Qualifications
4 years+ of experience in IT consulting, solution architecture, and ServiceNow
implementation.
Deep expertise in ServiceNow in one of the modules - ITSM, HRSD, SPM, and SAM.
Proven track record in ServiceNow solution design, technical leadership, and bestpractice
implementation.
Strong understanding of CSDM 4.0, CMDB, ITIL frameworks, and IT service
management principles.
Experience with AI-driven automation, Virtual Agents, and Generative AI within
ServiceNow is a plus.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and workflow
automation. Experience with AI-driven automation, Generative AI, and intelligent
workflow orchestration in ServiceNow.
