Job Description

Define the technical architecture and ensure best practices in configuration, customization, and development within the ServiceNow platform.
Design and implement enterprise ServiceNow solutions across modules such as HRSD, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, FSM, CMDB, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, or ITBM.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Lead platform design, development strategy, and governance for ServiceNow implementations.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators, ensuring adherence to coding standards and development best practices.
Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
Conduct system architecture reviews, performance tuning, and platform upgrades to ensure optimal system performance.
Ensure security, compliance, and governance across the ServiceNow platform.
Support solution design workshops and architecture discussions with stakeholders and leadership teams
