ServiceNow Architect (ITSM, Integration, GRC/IRM)

We are seeking an experienced and visionary ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of robust ServiceNow enterprise solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures, with a strong emphasis on IT Service Management (ITSM), enterprise-wide Integrations, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance / Integrated Risk Management (GRC/IRM) modules.

As the primary ServiceNow technical authority, you will drive architectural standards, design cross-platform integrations, lead GRC/IRM transformations, and guide development teams to ensure high performance, security, and alignment with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Leadership & Strategy

• Serve as the subject matter expert and primary architect for the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, Integration, and GRC/IRM applications.
• Define and execute ServiceNow platform roadmap, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise strategy.
• Establish overall architecture guidelines, design patterns, coding standards, and governance frameworks for developer team.
• Conduct Architectural Review Board (ARB) meetings and evaluate custom requests against out-of-the-box (OOTB) capabilities to minimize technical debt.

GRC / IRM Implementation

• Architect and implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions including Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Audit Management, and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
• Design risk scoring methodologies, automated control testing workflows, and compliance reporting frameworks aligned with industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
