Mandatory Requirements (ServiceNow Architect):

• 13+ years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development projects.
• 3+ years of experience working as a ServiceNow Architect.
• Must have led 2 to 3 end-to-end ServiceNow implementations from scratch in an Architect role.
• Strong experience in ITOM (IT Operations Management) and/or ITAM (IT Asset Management) modules.
• Should have been responsible for:
• Solution architecture and design
• Platform-level implementation
• Requirement gathering and technical roadmap
• Integration and customization
• Deployment and go-live activities
• Candidates with only support, enhancement, or admin experience should not be considered unless they have architect-level implementation experience.
